It includes:

- Passionflower - Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve sleeplessness
- Lemon balm - Traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to relieve nervous tension
- Magnesium glycinate to support nervous system function
Relax into Sleep contains a combination of herbal ingredients, plus the mineral magnesium. It is proudly an Australian listed medicine which ensures it is manufactured to the highest standards under the Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S) GMP, at state-of-the-art Australian production facilities.
It contains Valerian which is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine as a nervous system relaxant and a soporific to induce sleep. Alongside this is Lemon balm and Passionflower, which are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relieve nervous tension and reduce sleeplessness.
The addition of Magnesium glycinate supports nervous system health and function.

Directions & Warnings
Directions for use: Adults - take 3 capsules with water, 30-60 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
